STUDENT SPOTLIGHT | Meet De`ja Marshall
From North Carolina to Beverly, De`ja is making her mark at Montserrat! A second-year student focusing on painting, De`ja made the shift from a performing arts high school to visual arts, bringing a unique creative perspective to the studio.

Working primarily with water-soluble oil and acrylic paints, her work explores rich environments and detailed animal portraits. She’s eager to keep experimenting, growing, and seeing where her journey as a painter leads over the next few years.

Beyond the studio, De`ja is helping welcome the newest members of our community as a student Orientation Leader! Keep an eye out for her upcoming OL programs on campus and be sure to say hi when you see her around.
