UPCOMING EXHIBITIONS + EVENTS
We welcome the community to our public programs, galleries and events.
Helping bridge the digital divide for our creative community! Montserrat is excited to receive 40 laptops and 40 tablets to ensure digital connectivity and hands-on skill-building for our students—keeping them engaged, informed, and supported throughout their creative education.
These devices are part of a broader local effort: the City of Beverly received over 300 devices to distribute across the Beverly Public Library, Council on Aging, local schools, non-profit partners, and community organizations.
This program was made possible through a U.S. Department of the Treasury Capital Projects Fund (CPF) grant awarded to the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative in support of the Mass Broadband Institute’s Connected and Online Program, aimed at expanding access to education, workforce training, and telehealth across Massachusetts communities.
Pictured are our friends from the City of Beverly: Russ Fisk (IT Director), Julia Long (Chief of Staff and Sustainability), and Garrett Whitney (IT Technician/Webmaster) along with Montserrat staff members: Gene Park (Assistant Director of IT), Lisa Shawney (Dean of Finance and Administration), Stacy Thomas-Vickory (Dean of Academic Affairs), and Meagan Rennie (Dean of Students).
